Net Metering Consultant
This position requires an advanced degree and extensive industry experience. The consulting firm will work with local experts and Distribution Companies to implement the newest technologies and policies. The project is expected to be completed in three to four months.
In the first phase of implementation, the PSC opened the administrative process to hear from stakeholders. In a public meeting, over 50 people spoke in support of the new program xam.com.au, while the Chamber of Commerce was opposed to it. The process also generated hundreds of written comments.
As a result, the PSC decided to hire a net metering consultant, incorporating the costs and benefits of distributed generation in the final report. This role is expected to last a year and will provide substantial support to LESCO’s upcoming solar and wind projects.
